Veronica - Aztec Gold
The Veronica Aztec Gold, 'Veronica spicata', is an easy to grow perennial that adds beauty to any garden. This creeping ground cover produces wonderful short spikes of sky blue flowers that bloom from June till September. With its brilliant golden foliage, it has a plant height of 3” and a spread of 1-2’. ‘Aztec Gold’ needs a full sun area with well-drained soil. Deadhead the flowers after the first bloom to prolong its bloom time. Veronica can be used as a ground cover, in mass plantings or along borders. Geranium - Rozanne The Geranium Rozanne, 'Pelargonium', a Blooms of Bressingham plant, has large, violet blue flowers with white eyes that bloom from June till August. With its beautiful dark green foliage, it has a plant width of 24” and a height of 18”. ‘’Rozanne’ needs to be cut back in early summer for repeat bloom time in the fall. ‘Rozanne’ Geranium, being drought tolerant, needs a full sun area with some shade in the afternoon. For best results, plant in a dry to moist area in a well-drained site. The Geranium family is well known for its stunning fall colors that include reds, oranges, and yellows. It is a superb plant for cottage gardens, container growing, borders or informal borders in mass plantings. There is an attraction to bees and butterflies and it is very disease and deer resistant.
