The Thyme 'Thymus citriodorus aureus', was believed to possess magical powers by the ancient Druids. Maybe that explains why consumers seem unable to resist these particularly choice varieties. This small bushy shrublet is characterized by the intense lemon scent of its foliage. Gold dappled leaves are the base for a summer bloom of lavender pink flowers.
