Sedum - Emperor's Wave



The Sedum Emperor's Wave, Sedum telephium 'Emperor's Wave' is a new variety of sedum to the marketplace. The blue-green foliage is accented by it's pointed leaves. Its sturdy, dark stems look wonderful with the reddish-purple flowers. The umbrella-like flower heads bloom from August to September and it has a plant height of 16”. Emperor's Wave needs to be planted in full sun in well-drained soil. It will tolerate most soil types and is drought resistant. Geranium - Ann Thompson The Geranium 'Ann Thompson', dislays gold tinted foliage which forms a low-spreading mound that gives rise to a profusion of 1" wide, dark magenta flowers. It has a plant width of 24-36” and a height of 6-8”. ‘Ann Thompson’ Geranium, being drought tolerant, needs a full sun area with some shade in the afternoon. For best results, plant in a dry to moist area in a well-drained site. It is a superb plant for cottage gardens, container growing, borders, rock gardens, shade gardens or informal borders in mass plantings. There is an attraction to bees and butterflies and it is very disease and deer resistant.
