Mullein - Jackie
The Verbascum Jackie, 'Verbascum hybridum', also known as Mullein, a Proven Winners selection, has masses of copper colored buds which open to pale cantaloupe blooms with pink overtones. The stalks arise off of fuzzy gray-green leaves, which add contrast to the flower color. ‘Jackie’ has a plant height of 16-18” and a plant spread of 1-2’ and blooms from late spring into summer. Removing spent flowers to encourage additional bloom time. This low maintenance perennial requires dry to medium soil and should be planted in full sun for best results. Geranium - Rozanne The Geranium Rozanne, 'Pelargonium', a Blooms of Bressingham plant, has large, violet blue flowers with white eyes that bloom from June till August. ‘’Rozanne’ needs to be cut back in early summer for repeat bloom time in the fall. For best results, plant in a dry to moist area in a well-drained site. The Geranium family is well known for its stunning fall colors that include reds, oranges, and yellows. There is an attraction to bees and butterflies and it is very disease and deer resistant.
