Sensation Lilac, Syringa vulgaris 'Sensation', is an eye-catching French Hybrid Lilac that has single, fragrant, deep purple flowers that are bordered with a distinctive white edge. The scent is true lilac and draws lots of attention when in bloom during May. The blooms are complemented by heart-shaped foliage. Sensation Lilac adds a distinctive flair to cut flower bouquets. It grows 8-10 feet tall and 8-12 feet wide. It prefers full sun, good drainage and air circulation.
