Daylily - Pandora's Box
The Daylily Pandora's Box, 'Hemerocallis ‘Pandora’s Box’, has very fragrant lightly ruffled, white petals with a purple throat and a flower size of 4”. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 24-26” and a plant spread of 36”. ‘Pandora’s Box’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and it is a definite rebloomer. ‘Pandora’s Box’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall). ‘Pandora’s Box’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant. Geranium - Southcombe Double The Geranium Southcombe Double, 'Geranium oxonianum', displays fully double, pure pink blooms that sit atop bright green stems. There are only a few double-geraniums in cultivation and don't look like a Geranium at first glance. Southcombe Double blooms almost non-stop throughout the summer, into fall. Geraniums are grown in almost any soil as long as it is not wet. They do best in sun, but will tolerate some degree of shade. For the most part, cranesbill are long-lived and do not require a lot of care. They are perfect in the perennial border and work well as a ground cover too. This plant would look wonderful in a pot on a sun-drenched porch and is also deer resistant.
