Daylily - Cathrine Woodbury



The Hemerocallis ‘Catherine Woodbury’, also known as a Daylily, has very fragrant lightly ruffled, orchid-lavender petals with a wide green throat and a flower size of 4. 5”. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 30” and a plant spread of 24-36”. Winning the Award of Merit on 1973, one can see why. ‘Catherine Woodbury’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and a definite rebloomer. ‘Catherine Woodbury’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall). ‘Catherine Woodbury’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant.
